Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Bloomington, IN, to bring our brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will represent the company, learn the AE Selling Model, and help guests find products they love.

This role requires energy, excellent guest interaction, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will also promote the AE loyalty program and be a positive face for our brand in-store.

Qualifications

• You enjoy interacting with people and can engage guests.
• You can energize a fast-paced environment while remaining friendly.
• You are comfortable guiding guests to product details and options.
• You can switch between different store areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team.
• Maintain integrity by adhering to policies and procedures.
