Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador in Bloomington, MN. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest.

Responsibilities include engaging guests, educating them on AE/Aerie products, promoting the loyalty program, and flexing between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. Prior retail experience and energetic, people-focused approach are valued.

Qualifications

• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to stand and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
