Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the AE experience to life in-store. You’ll engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and use a friendly, 'friends first' approach to build brand loyalty.

As the face of our brand, you’ll work across salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom while delivering a welcoming, energetic shopping environment. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is a plus.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie product and educate guests on product details.
• You share the brand love by introducing the loyalty program and brand channels.
• You can flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver and resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• You're a team player and support your colleagues to get the job done.
• You uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
