Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. seeks a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while representing our company values with your REAL self.

This role requires energy, strong people skills, and a retail mindset. You’ll work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Energetic, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on product details and make suitable suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to #gettingthejobdone.
