American Eagle Outfitters in Tinton Falls, NJ is hiring a Part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily and deliver an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll educate guests about AE & Aerie products, propose items that fit their needs, and promote the loyalty program. You’ll flex across Sales floor, Cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn AE Sales Model and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest to help them find what they’re looking for using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support store colleagues to get the job done.
