Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Blackwood, NJ. You will bring the brand to life, delivering an amazing shopping experience to every guest and building loyalty with AE and Aerie products.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding our values and policies. You must be energetic, guest-focused, and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Adapt across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while following company policy.
• Support your team and help get the job done.
• Uphold company policies and maintain integrity in all interactions.
