Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in our Edison, NJ store. You’ll greet guests, share product knowledge, and help shoppers find items that fit their style while delivering a memorable shopping experience.

If you’re energetic, love interacting with people, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays, you could be a great fit. Prior retail experience is valued, and you must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team.
• Uphold brand values and integrity in all interactions.
