Job summary

AEO Jersey Shore Premium Outlet in Tinton Falls, NJ is hiring a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador. You will bring our brand to life, helping guests have an amazing shopping experience while promoting AE & Aerie products and loyalty programs.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, delivering friendly, high-energy service with integrity. Join a team that values real selves, supports development, and offers employee discounts and seasonal perks.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and ability to engage with guests.
• Knowledge of AE & Aerie products to educate customers.
• Ability to explain loyalty programs and brand channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
