You’ll use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests about AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding policy.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
