Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Rockaway, NJ, is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You are the face of our company, proud of AE and Aerie, and you bring your REAL self to work every day. You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, using the AEO Selling Model to educate guests and promote loyalty programs while maintaining high brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help shoppers find exactly what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable recommendations.
• Introduce and promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while adhering to company policy.
• Support teammates to get the job done and maintain brand standards.
