Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Security Shift Supervisor for a Tech Company in Cambridge, MA. The role oversees unarmed security for a high-profile client, leading a team on a 3 PM – 11 PM weekend shift and ensuring post orders are followed.

Starting pay is $26.70 per hour with paid orientation and training. Candidates need 1+ year of supervisory security experience and must be 21 or older, with a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of one (1) year verifiable and successful security experience.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding the performance of their duties.
• Cross-training officers to make them more versatile and run site efficiently.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for security officers on shift.
• Ensure that contract required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
