Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Security Shift Supervisor for a Pharma Site in Boston, MA. The role covers Saturday and Sunday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM with starting pay of $25.50 per hour, paid orientation and training.

Candidates must have 1+ year of security experience and be 21+ years old. The position involves supervising staff, coordinating services, and liaising with site management and security teams to maintain safety and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports and logs.
• Reading and understanding operating procedures.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for driving roles.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test required.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless client-site tech.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Exceptional customer service and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in varied environments and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Ensure safe, secure, and compliant operations during the shift.
