Job summary

Allied Universal in Boston, MA is hiring a Part Time Security Shift Supervisor for a Pharma site. Shift is Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Starting pay is $25.50 per hour with paid orientation and training.

Candidates must be 21+ years old and have at least 1 year of security experience. The Shift Supervisor will supervise staff on the shift, coordinate delivery of services, and serve as a liaison with the site supervisor and account manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• 1+ year security experience required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for some driving positions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and professionally on-site.
