Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a medical company site in Boston, MA. The role runs Friday and Saturday 10 PM - 6 AM, with starting pay of $25.50 per hour, paid orientation and training.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 18 years old, and 2+ years of security experience including supervisory duties. You will supervise staff, coordinate with managers, and ensure quality service on shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of services on assigned shift.

• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines.
• Maintain professional conduct and customer service at all times.
