Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of verifiable security supervisory experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Associate’s degree or higher or military/police auxiliary background.
• Strong customer service, communication, and report writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage emergencies and enforce site post orders.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per post orders.
• Direct and instruct subordinates on duties and performance.
• Cross-train staff to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost reductions to management.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for the shift.
• Ensure training and screening elements are met for personnel.
