Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs, and read procedures.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test required after offer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Prepare and maintain written reports and logs as required.
• Ensure professional conduct and exceptional customer service at all times.
