Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Shift Supervisor for the Florence, NJ area. The role involves supervising security staff on a specific shift, coordinating with site supervision and account management, and ensuring delivery of quality services.

Candidates must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience), have strong communication, basic computer skills, and be able to write reports. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and driving record meeting policy requirements.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to handle crisis situations and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within the empowerment range.
