Qualifications

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, and parking areas.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and documenting entry/exit.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Prepare clear, accurate patrol/incidents reports per site requirements.
