Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Route Driver in Falls Church, VA. You will provide customer service to tenants and visitors, perform security patrols, monitor access points, and respond calmly to incidents.

The position offers fixed shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings, and a path toward full-time hours. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license.
• On-site facilities may be limited at this site.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check per laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screening as allowed by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail areas, storefronts, parking, and surrounding perimeter to identify/report concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, documenting incidents for leadership and responders.
• Assist with directing visitors and maintaining a professional presence to deter unauthorized activity.
