Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff at a commercial property.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors and exteriors and report hazards.
• Monitor access, verify authorization, and report unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and follow site procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity and patrol reports and communicate with leadership.
