Job summary

Allied Universal in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Perimeter Patrol to safeguard residents and site properties. You will perform routine unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and deliver courteous service to residents and visitors.

Requirements include being 18+ for unarmed roles, a high school diploma, and passing a background check and drug screen. A valid driver’s license is required for driving roles. Excellent growth and benefit opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Background check conducted per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by following site policies and safety procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner; document observations and report issues per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; report suspicious activity and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
