Qualifications

• Provide customer service while following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and report according to procedures.
• Conduct routine patrols and monitor perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Verify access and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Follow protective-equipment protocols and report issues to site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following site escalation procedures.
• Conduct patrols of buildings, exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and document entry activity.
• Report security concerns and equipment issues to site personnel.
