Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer – Patrol Driver in Carleton, MI. You will perform unarmed patrols, deter incidents, and support access control while delivering excellent customer service at a technology, media, and telecom site.

You must have a valid driver’s license, be 18+ for unarmed roles, and pass background checks and a drug screen as required. CPR/First Aid and badge experience are preferred, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background checks and drug screening will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and log observations.
• Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents and patrol activities.
