Allied Universal in Flat Rock, MI is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver Credential Support to provide flexible, reliable security services at a technology, media, and telecommunications site. The role offers a fixed anchor shift of 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM, with opportunities to pick up extra shifts through the scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, and readiness for background checks and drug testing;

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Background checks and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and maintain awareness of visitor and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity reports, incident reports, and daily logs accurately and in a timely manner.
