Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Mobile Patrol in Carleton, MI. The role offers fixed shifts with an option to pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform, and a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates will have a valid drivers license, CPR/First Aid is a plus, and comfort using a computer or tablet. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• A valid drivers license is required.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization, and document observations and incidents.
• Assist with maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic corporate environment.
