Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security company, seeks a Part Time Security Officer Patrol Driver in Carleton, MI to safeguard clients across technology and telecom sites. You’ll drive on-site patrols, deter incidents, control access, and deliver excellent service while adhering to driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities include reporting incidents, maintaining logs, and coordinating with site leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, and perimeters; report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; maintain logs and communicate observations.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and patrol activities and coordinate with site leadership.
