Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check may be required.
• Drug screen as per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor authorization, and maintain awareness of activity to protect personnel and property.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow site protocols.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of the location, reporting unusual conditions.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports for site management and Allied Universal leadership.
