Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Experience with access control and badge processes is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screening may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and report suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site protocols and notifying emergency services when needed.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and shift reports.
