Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the premises and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document actions taken.
