• Provide customer service to clients and handle security-related duties.
• Demonstrate calm, efficient responses to incidents and emergencies.
• Maintain site procedures and communicate with site contacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and restricted areas in accordance with site procedures; assist with directing visitors and reporting unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, business areas, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific requirements.
