Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior/exterior areas and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report concerns to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain logs of patrols and incidents.
