Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology and media location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident reports.
• Follow site procedures and communicate clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal personnel.
