Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and vendors per site policies and emergency procedures at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property including exteriors and common areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; document incidents and observations per site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with building management, tenants, and emergency responders to maintain a welcoming environment.
