Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor credentials, and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications.
