You will protect clients, shoppers, tenants, and visitors through routine patrols, access control, and incident response, maintaining a professional security presence throughout the site.

Qualifications

• State, county, or city security license preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required under applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, tenants, and visitors per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in retail areas and surrounding spaces to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious conditions or policy violations.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and a visible, professional presence.
