Job summary

Allied Universal in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Security Officer – Enhanced Part Time to provide site-specific screening, customer service to visitors and staff, and timely response to incidents at a Food and Beverage location.

You will work a fixed anchor shift with six-month commitment and may earn more by picking up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, offering flexible hours and opportunities to grow toward a full-time security career.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and delivery personnel at a food and beverage location.
• Screen individuals, bags, packages, and deliveries per access-control procedures; report concerns.
• Verify credentials and delivery docs before allowing access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, escalating as needed.
• Conduct patrols of entry points and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
