Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol in Honolulu, HI. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with six-month commitment and a path to earn more by taking on additional shifts through our platform.

You will provide security for a luxury hotel, conduct patrols, handle incidents calmly, and report to hotel management and Allied Universal leadership. The position emphasizes customer service, safety, and flexibility for part-time hours up to 40 per week.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff in a luxury hotel setting.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of guest areas, entrances, exits, and surrounding perimeter.
• Respond to guest concerns and incidents in a calm, professional manner and notify hotel personnel or responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and report suspicious conditions to site leadership.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate daily activities to hotel management and leadership.
