Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Honolulu, HI. The role offers reliable fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform, designed for flexibility and income stability.

Pay rate is $20.25 per hour with a six-month anchor on a designated site. This position supports guest services, security procedures, and incident response, with potential to scale up toward a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Guard Card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per law.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in hotel public areas, guest-accessible spaces, service areas, and the property perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations calmly and according to site protocols.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior or policy violations to supervision.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate information to site leadership.
