Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Patrol Assistance in Honolulu, HI. Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check may be required.
• Drug screening may be required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or security‑related incidents according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific policies.
