Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Policy Enforcement in Honolulu, HI. This role offers reliable, fixed shifts and the flexibility to earn more by taking additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

The position pays $22.00 per hour with a six-month anchor shift commitment, suitable for individuals seeking part-time hours with potential to scale toward a full-time schedule up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, parking patrons, and client representatives at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of parking areas, building exteriors, access points, common areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor parking facilities for unauthorized vehicles, access concerns, equipment issues, and conditions requiring attention and report observations.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally; call for help and complete required reports.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity and assist occupants, visitors, and responders.
