Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management staff.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions and security incidents per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and contact appropriate personnel or responders as needed.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports per Allied Universal and site policies.
