Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report abnormalities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, vendors, contractors, and delivery drivers per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations and notify site contacts or emergency responders.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate professionally with personnel across the location.
