Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security experience.
• Experience with access control systems and badge management preferred.
• Proficiency using computers or tablets for reporting and communications.
• Customer service background and strong communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and apply security procedures at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as required per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, docks, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, driver, and contractor entry.
• Document observations and incidents with accurate reporting to site leadership.
