Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security procedures and location policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the store, stock areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or hazards.
• Complete accurate activity reports and handoffs per policy.
