Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor records, and control entry and exit of personnel, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Complete accurate reports, logs, and other required documentation related to visitors, access activity, incidents, and shift operations.
