This position provides fixed shifts with an option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. A path to a fuller schedule exists, with ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking areas, entry points, the business, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of vehicles, deliveries, visitors, and personnel according to site-specific procedures.
• Complete required reports, logs, and shift documentation accurately and communicate relevant activity to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
