Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Enhanced Security Officer in Falls Church, VA. The role focuses on flexible, reliable hours with anchor shifts and optional extra shifts through the scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Pay rate begins at $18.30 per hour. Requires at least two years of security experience, HS diploma, and background check. Pepper spray certification preferred; valid driver's license for driving roles where applicable.

Qualifications

At least two years of security-related experience.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation and drug screen required.
Pepper spray certification preferred.
Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols across facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter incidents.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions, and report unusual conditions.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation as required.
