Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred where applicable.
• Age 21 or older; HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel with site-specific security procedures.
• Screen personnel and visitors entering the facility and verify credentials and access.
• Monitor entry points and screening equipment; report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site escalation and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of screening areas and surrounding perimeter.
