Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced to provide dependable, flexible security coverage at a commercial real estate site in Atlanta, GA. Earn $18.00 per hour with anchor shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

The role emphasizes customer service, incident response, and regular patrols with a six-month site commitment and potential to scale up to 40 hours weekly. Prior security experience and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalating as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions and maintenance concerns.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain activity logs for patrols and incidents.
