Allied Universal in Atlanta, GA seeks a Security Officer - Part Time Enhanced to provide security services at a designated site with fixed anchor shifts. The role offers additional earnings through a pickup/shift‑exchange program and part‑time hours up to a full schedule as needed.

Pay is $18.00 per hour with a path to grow into a full‑time career. Candidates must meet minimum requirements and pass background checks and a drug screen; valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols and report maintenance concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to maintain orderly operations.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and patrol observations per site requirements.
